Our Terms and Conditions are as follows: -
WE REGRET WE CANNOT TAKE EURO-CHEQUE PAYMENTS
A deposit of £100.00 per week is required for each week booked. This is non-refundable in the
event of cancellation.
Confirmation of your booking along with an invoice for the balance will be sent to you. The
balance is due two calendar months before the departure date. If the booking is under 10 weeks before departure
then the full payment is payable at the time of booking.
Security Deposit. A refundable security deposit of £150 ($250) is charged, and will also be requested
along with your balance, to be refunded within 28 days of returning home, and is subject to confirmation with our management
company that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakages etc. will be paid for from the security deposit.
Also any Fines incurred for false call-outs due to guests not setting security alarm system correctly.
It is 24 hr monitored & Police respond if siren sounds.
Pool Heat if required may be requested at the time of booking and paid for within the final balance.
In the event that pool heat has been paid for we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this will vary according
to several factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions. (Guests using the BBQ are responsible for cleaning
it please)
Arrival/Departure The rental commences at 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ceases at 10.00
a.m. on the day of departure.
Use of the villa: It is very important to note that only persons identified on the
booking form are permitted to stay at the property. The party leader agrees NOT to sub-let, share or assign the property to
any other person not authorised by the owner. Please ensure that we are notified of any changes to the original booking, as
unauthorised persons staying in the villa will cause the whole party to be excluded from the property without refund. No all
male or all female parties will be accepted, or groups under 21 years of age. No Smoking. Any evidence of guests smoking in
the villa will incur loss of security deposit. No Pets Allowed.
Cancellation Charges We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in event of cancellation.
Should you cancel
your booking the following will apply
More than two calendar months ..... Deposit forfeited
Between one and two calendar months before departure.....50% of total cost forfeited
Less than 28 days before departure....100% of total cost forfeited
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
Insurance - It is advisable that cancellation insurance is contained within your travel insurance.
LIABILITY During your stay the owners their agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for death,
personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. This also applies to the use of
the crib, playcrib, highchair and stroller. No diving in the swimming pool is permitted and guests are specifically
requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool area at any time.
Force Majeure The owners and their agents will not be held responsible for loss or delay howsoever
caused beyond our control, i.e. strikes, riots, fire, flood, closure of airports or transport
problems of any kind, weather conditions or any other event etc (this list is neither exclusive or exhaustive)
